Tender Notice 招標公告 1 Tender Conditions 1 招標條件 The procurement of the 120,000 tons of rock for this project has met the tender conditions and is now open for competitive negotiation procurement, using electronic tendering and bidding methods. 本項目12萬噸石料采購已滿足招標條件，現(xiàn)采用電子招標投標方式競爭性談判采購。 2 Tender Content 2 招標內(nèi)容 Suppliers are required to provide rock materials of all specifications and models listed in the tender documents. 投標人應提供招標文件***。 3 Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3 投標人資格要求 3.1Bidders must be legally registered and possess valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, and other relevant legal documents as required by laws and regulations. 3.1投標人必須經(jīng)過合法注冊，并持有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證書和法律法規(guī)要求的其他相關法律文件。 3.2Bidding enterprises must have the necessary resources and may need to provide a list of rock materials sales by the company and other relevant documents. 3.2投標人必須具備必要的資源，***石料出售清單等相關文件。 3.3 Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances: 3.3投標人不得存在下列情形之一： (1) If the same individual serves as the legal representative of multiple entities, or if different entities have a controlling or affiliated relationship, they are not allowed to bid on the same portion of the project. Otherwise, all related bids will be deemed invalid. (1)同一個人作為多個單位***，或者不同單位***。在這種情況下，不允許對同一部分進行投標，否則所有相關的投標都將無效。 (2)Bidders whose bidding qualifications have been suspended or cancelled. (2)投標資格被暫?；蛉∠耐稑巳?。 (3)Bidders whose production or business operations have been ordered to be suspended, or whose licenses or permits have been suspended or revoked. (3)被責令暫停生產(chǎn)或者吊銷許可證的投標人。 (4)Bidders who are undergoing liquidation procedures, have been declared bankrupt, or have other circumstances that result in a loss of performance capabilities. (4)正在接受清算程序、已被宣告破產(chǎn)或者有其他情形導致喪失履行能力的投標人。 (5) Bidders who have been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises. (5)被列入嚴重違法失信企業(yè)名單的投標人。 4 Bid Bond 4 投標保證金 None. 無。 5 Acquisition of Tender Documents 5招標文件*** 5.1 Interested bidders shall register as a supplier or apply to add a cooperative intention unit on the "CCCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http***n/) within 24 hours before the deadline of the tender notice. Suppliers who fail to register successfully or add a cooperative intention unit will not be able to participate in the bidding. 5.1有興趣的投標人應在投標通知截止時間***“中交集團供應鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)”（網(wǎng)站：http***n/）上申請增加合作意向。未成功注冊或增加合作意向單位***。 5.2 Please download the tender documents from the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http***n/) from August 3 ,2025 at 13:00 to August 5,2025 at 13:00 . 5.2請于 2025 年 ***月 3 日 13 時至 2025 年 8 月 5 日 13 時從“中交集團供應鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)”（網(wǎng)站：http***n/）下載招標文件。 6 Submission of Bid Documents 6投標文件的遞交 The time for submission of bid documents is from August 5,2025 at 13:00 to August 6, 2025 at 13:00 . Bidders must log in to the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http***n/) to submit quotations and upload bid documents (electronic documents with signatures and seals must be uploaded).
