Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次采購執(zhí)行政府強制或優(yōu)先采購節(jié)能環(huán)保產品、支持中小微企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)、支持某某和戒毒企業(yè)、扶持不發(fā)***區(qū)和少數民***區(qū)以及限制采購進口產品等相關政策。如報價***提供商為中小微企業(yè)，則須在響應文件中提供符合財庫﹝2020﹞46 號文格式要求的中小企業(yè)聲明函；如報價***福利性單位，則須在響應文件中提供符合財庫〔2017〕141號文格式要求的殘疾人福利性單位***，一旦成交將在成交公告中公告其聲明函，接受社會監(jiān)督；若提供聲明函與事實不符的，將依照《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第七十七條第一款的規(guī)定追究法律責任。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement is subject to the government"s compulsory or priority policies on the purchase of energy-saving and environmental protection products, supporting small, medium and micro enterprises, promoting the employment of the disabled, supporting prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, supporting underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas, and restricting the purchase of imported products.
